Shadi changed my life. After 2 hip surgeries and 2 C-sections, I had gained a significant amount of weight. I wouldn’t call myself a lazy person per se, but I just didn’t have the drive to work out and always came up with excuses. Part of the reason was because I am a full-time attorney working from home, a mom of 2 toddlers and a small dog, with little to no time to myself. I came across Shadi on Facebook. After reading her profile and looking through her photos, I received a good vibe automatically and decided to do a consultation with her. I love that she used to be an attorney too, I think we really connected there. I knew she was smart but there was a gentleness and passion to her where I knew she would be there for me. I had a lot of excuses in that first meeting, but she found easy solutions for all of them. I am a determined all or nothing type of person so once I got into the swing of things, it was smooth sailing. Due to being so heavy and having injuries, Shadi helped me ease into exercise and she made it so easy so it wasn’t so overwhelming. First it was walking, then it was walking with weights, then it was biking, and now I am fully weight lifting from the comfort of my own home thanks to Shadi’s resourcefulness and holding me accountable. I feel like any other program wouldn’t have been able to handle me because everything else is so cookie cutter out there on the market. She really took into account where I was starting from and went from there. She knows me and knows what I am going through. The benefit of having her there was that if I was ever in a food or exercise jam, I would text her and she would give me a solution. I love her so much and consider her a close friend even more than a coach at this point. I am 6 months into my journey and down almost 45 lbs without feeling hungry and light exercise. I highly recommend Shadi and her program. You won’t regret it.
This program saved me from insanity. I am an older mom. I had two 10 year old twins and a surprise baby. I called Shadi from a FB recommendation and was so pleasantly surprised by her kindness and her ability to take charge. After our initial interview and a series of questions, she was able to help me construct a weight loss plan that involved me also not losing my milk supply. Shadi gave me a schedule and kept my accountable. Despite not sleeping to wake up for my baby, breast feeding, and only doing Pilates 3X a week I lost 15 pounds in 3 months. Between the daily check ins, I looked very forward to our meetings once a month so I could vent to her too. It is lonely being a mom to a newborn and Shadi was a friend for me in addition to being a coach. Thrilled with the results and will be recommending her to all my friends.
I can’t recommend Shadi enough. This girl knows what she is talking about. I was thin my entire life, and out of nowhere I started gaining weight. I was not overweight by any means, but I felt like I was completely out of my own body. I was doing bootcamp and eating so healthy, and still I was getting bigger. I walked into our first meeting crying. Anyone else would have thought I was crazy, but Shadi gave me a hug and told me everything was going to be ok. I never thought I would enjoy her program so much. I would send her pictures of my meals and she helped pinpoint some huge mistakes I was making. For me, it was simply not eating, and when I would I would eat very inflammatory things that I didn’t know were inflammatory. She recommended guided meditations, and she also told me to stop doing bootcamp. Within a month, I was able to get to where I wanted to be. I not only lost weight and got rid of my anxiety, but I also learned a lot from Shadi such as how to create healthy meals at home. I highly recommend working with Shadi, you will not be disappointed.
